The Department of Celebrations of the City Council of Mazarrón has recognized the Torre de Piedra restaurant in Bolnuevo and the local Calle Delicias de Mazarrón as the winning establishments of the Ruta de la Tapa in the past celebrations of the Miracle and the Purisima.

The people in charge of the establishments received from the mayor, Alicia Jiménez, and from the councilman of Festejos, Patricio Sánchez, the plaque that recognizes them as the creators of the best appetizer in the last editions of both routes.

"Crunchy yolk on flakes of Biscayan cod" was the name of the winning tapa made by Torre de Piedra and "Filled mussels au gratin" the one made by Calle Delicias.

Nine establishments participated in the route of Bolnuevo and ten in the route of the Patron Saint Festivities of Mazarrón.
