The Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón rescheduled for this year 2018 a new free cycle of film workshops taught by the filmmaker Benito Rabal in town hall.
The activity, which sold out all its seats in its first edition of 2017, was presented on Tuesday by the Councilor for Culture, Pedro Martínez and Benito Rabal himself.
This new cycle includes five workshops that will lead to the production and production of a short film.
The first of the workshops entitled "Introduction to the world of cinema and interpretation" will take place on January 26 and 27 from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the first day and from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. second.
There is a maximum of 20 places and the registration period is now open.

The second of the workshops will focus on the theme of the script, the third in the direction and production, the fourth in the interpretation and the fifth last in the filming, putting into practice what was learned.
Both Pedro Martínez and Benito Rabal described as "very positive" the experience of the first edition "thus offering a new alternative to the agenda of activities of the municipality."
Benito Rabal has been "very satisfied by the cultural commitment of the City of Mazarrón."
The filmmaker adds four decades of work in the world of celluloid with major national and international names in cinematography and awarded in turn the most important distinctions for his participation in several films and works.
