The winning teams, CEIP Manuela Romero and CEIP Miguel Delibes, will represent the municipality in the regional phase |

Around a hundred Primary students have participated this week in the local phase of the activity "Playing athletics" belonging to the School Sports program promoted by the City of Mazarrón through the Directorate General of Sports.

The Councilor for Sports, Patricio Sanchez, delivered this Wednesday the medals to the first classified of the category alevín.

The CEIP Manuela Romero obtained the first place in the female category and the CEIP Miguel Delibes did the same in the male category.

Both teams will represent the municipality in the regional phase of School Sports.

In this sport, held in the Municipal Pavilion of Aceña, teams from La Cañadica schools, Francisco Caparrós, Ginés García, San Antonio, Bahia, Siglo XXI and Puig Campillo from Isla Plana also participated.

Next week will be played the local phase in the youngest category.
