The sample "Mazarrón: blue and brown" opens this Friday, February 9 at 8:00 pm in Casas Consistoriales.
The authors are well-known cartoonists in magazines like El Jueves or Playboy USA
Juan Álvarez and Jorge Gómez will open next Friday, February 9, in Casas Consistoriales "Mazarrón: blue and brown", an exhibition in which the authors show different landscapes of the municipality and which can be seen until March 31.
Álvarez and Gómez are known in the world of illustration under the pseudonym "Los Mendrugos".
His drawings have been published in fixed sections of national and international magazines such as "El Jueves" or "Playboy USA".
Both authors met in Madrid in the 80s and since then they have projected a large professional career.
Juan Álvarez, also, is originally from Mazarrón.
In his curriculum are working for animation series of the prestigious producer Hanna Barbera.
The sample can be seen from this Friday mornings from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and afternoons from Wednesday to Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The room will be closed on March 19 (San José) and March 30 (Good Friday).
On March 29 (Holy Thursday) will open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
