The Female Handball Association Villa de Mazarrón donated a total of 5,600 euros last Friday to different associations of the municipality: Local Board of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (1,600 euros), Association against Cystic Fibrosis of Murcia (1,600 euros), Aspadem (1,600 euros) and Club Deportivo Athletismo de Mazarrón (800 euros).
Alicia Jiménez, mayor of Mazarrón, presided over an event during which she reviewed the municipal trajectory of handball in past decades.
The words Antonia Sánchez and José Tomás Gallego took the floor, as well as the representatives of the associations that received the donation.
