Patricio Sánchez, Councilor for Sports, presented on Monday the trophies of champions and diplomas to participants in the specialties of the category alevín
More than 1,200 students from the schools of the municipality participate during this course in the municipal school sports program.
This Monday the Councilor for Sports, Patricio Sánchez, presented the diplomas and trophies for the champion.
The CEIP Infanta Leonor students won the basketball, volleyball and handball finals, while the CEIP Manuela Romero won the 3x3 futsal victory.
The local champions will compete in the intermunicipal phase of School Sports with the winning teams from the schools of Águilas, Totana, Librilla and Alhama.
On Saturday, athletics events were held in the Municipal Sports Center, also in the juvenile category.
The competition for youngsters will take place this Saturday (athletics) and next Monday (rest of the tests)
