The Deputy Speaker of the Socialist Parliamentary Group Alfonso Martínez Baños has announced the intention of the PSOE to transfer to the Office of the Prosecutor, the Court of Accounts, the Governing Council, the City of Mazarrón and the Hydrographic Confederation of the conclusions made by the Conference on Urbanization de Camposol "in case there are indications of an alleged criminal offense and some type of accounting responsibility".

The Commission of Territorial Policy has met this morning with the aim of finding solutions for this urbanization.

In Camposol there are 742 houses, which have been accredited that they were built illegally, which affects around 5,000 neighbors, mostly of British nationality.

Among the proposals of the Socialist Parliamentary Group, it is worth mentioning the creation of a Board in which the Town Council of Mazarrón, the CARM and the Hydrographic Confederation feel to plan, coordinate and execute the necessary measures to reverse the current situation to legality.

Secondly, the adaptation of Mazarrón's PGOU to the "factual reality" that has occurred in that urbanization has been proposed;

thirdly, it is proposed to solve the problem of the Rambla de los Aznares, with the replacement of the original land so that there is no harm for people and property, within a period of two months.

On the other hand, the intervention of the Autonomous Community is requested, as stipulated by the Land Law, so that it assumes the role that corresponds to it and guarantees the urban discipline in that urbanization.

Likewise, Martínez Baños demands that the Municipal Corporation of Mazarrón demand the corresponding patrimonial responsibilities for the economic damages caused to the City Council, "as a consequence of the negligent management carried out in the planning, processing, and execution of this urbanization".

The socialist deputy spokesman is optimistic to reach an agreement between all groups and thus be able to raise to the Plenary the conclusions that come out of the meeting that will take place next week.
