Festejos publishes the bases of "Pura Plaza", an activity that will take place from March 17 to 19, coinciding with the festivities of San José.
Interested establishments have three working days to submit applications
The Plaza de Abastos of Puerto de Mazarrón will host the "Pura Plaza" gastronomic event from March 17 to 19.
The Council of Celebrations has published the bases approved in Government Board last Friday.
There will be five positions that will give the opportunity to show their best tapas to catering companies in the municipality that are interested.
The deadline for applications is open from this publication and will be closed after three business days. Those interested should make the request in the General Register of Documents of the City of Mazarrón.
The participating venues will have the obligation to present three tapas, one of them will be fixed throughout the fair, entering the contest.
The price of the cover will be 2 euros.
A guest chef of honor will be in charge of announcing the name of the winning tapa.
