José David Gómez, cyclist of the ULB Sports Uniforms Murcia, won in the IX Vuelta a Murcia Masters held in Mazarrón during the past weekend.
The master cyclist 40 added the best time of the general whose podium was conformed with other two cyclists of the same team.
Daniel Crespo and Dani García were second and third respectively.
The Mazarron, Ramón Martínez was one of the members of the ULB Sports, ultimately champion team of the return.
Juan Antonio Sánchez was another of the local cyclists participating in a competition brought together about 200 cyclists from 16 teams from all over Spain.
The Ninth Tour of Murcia Master Cycle began on Saturday with the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, accompanied by the general director of Sports, Alonso Gómez López and Sports Councilor of the Municipality of Mazarrón, Patricio Sánchez.
The cyclists completed in the morning a route to two laps of 33 kilometers predominantly flat with exit and goal in Mazarrón passing through Gañuelas, La Majada, La Atalaya and Leiva.
In the afternoon there was a 6,490 km chrono with exit at Leiva and arrival at La Majada.
While on Sunday, April 8, the queen stage was celebrated with climbs to the Cedacero and La Cuesta highs of the adjoining municipalities of Mazarrón.
The route of this stage completed almost 100 kilometers.
