Closure of the 'I league tennis' (22/07/2010)

The 'I Tennis Local League' has culminated this weekend with the trophy to the champions and runners up of both the League and the 'Master Individual' and 'double Masters'.

This competition has benefited the organization, coordination and supervision at all times of the Club de Tenis de Mazarrón.

The first edition of a League, devoted exclusively to tennis and developed since last March on the slopes of the Bay Sports Complex, has had the participation of fifty people in the municipality of Mazarrón.

The awards ceremony, held at Elijah's Restaurant, has been made by the Councillor for Sports, Francisco Antonio Raja, accompanied by President of the Club de Tenis, Lazaro Aurelio.

To the Sports Council is to achieve a new goal that has attracted local fans to the world of tennis to practice the discipline regularly and compete weekly.

The success of the first edition of this sporting event to encourage the Department to continue the same during the year next year.
