This weekend the citizens and tourists of the municipality shall involve a broad agenda of leisure craft markets and exhibitions of dinosaurs, photography and painting.
The Sports Pavilion has CEIP Manuela Romero 'DINOPÉTREA', the exhibition of dinosaurs and prehistoric animals.
In this unique show, the audience know through skeletons, an ancestor of the Loch Ness monster, from Colorado (USA) 14 meters long, a cave bear from Russia of 2.85 meters and 10,000 years ago, the dinosaur with the longest neck of the world or the most terrifying carnivore that existed 25 million years ago and the ancestor of the white shark's jaw with a two meters in diameter.
In the section on culture, the exhibition hall in the Marina hosts 'FOTOCÉSAR', a collection of photographs of Cesar Romero.
For its part, the cultural and exhibition space 'town hall' hosts art exhibitions, 'The Essence' by Patrick Durrant and 'Tranquility' by Matt Jones, both British artists.
Another alternative entertainment for this weekend are the markets that are deployed in three zones of the coast Mazarron.
In the Bay area is located the 'Medieval Market' where adults and children can enjoy musical performances, theatrical performances, workshops gaiety children. Avenue Costa Calida is the 'Craft Market' with a score of fitted positions of beads and accessories, and various handmade gourmet products.
Between Avenida Costa Calida and the Sierra del Carche is the 'Traditional Market' which consists of a large variety of products.
This summer program, conceived and designed to satisfy everyone, is organized by the municipality of Mazarrón through the Department of Culture, Tourism, Festivals and Trade.
