After the summer, the cultural space 'town hall' starts September with a new challenge as is the exhibition of ceramic sculpture by Pepe Blaya, titled Let's Talk.
The exhibition, to which all citizens are invited, will open this Friday, September 3, at 21.00 am and will remain open until Thursday, September 30, in the basement room of space 'town hall.
Pepe Blaya's work part of an existential and human concern.
His figurative sculpture based on rough textures and presents human beings whose group is enhanced plasticity, which leaves aside the formality of proportion to gain in freshness.
These groups of people have used this time to signify the importance of communication between them to exist.
This snapshot mode frames near the very act of speaking, presented in its own immobility, as these characters are just mere static plasticity, empty beings to their existence.
Ceramic sculptures reflect beings united in society more hopeless as clones repeated ad nauseam.
Pepe Blaya This underlines the isolation and confinement of human beings in a technological society and disproportionate figures by medium and large format and size.
This new collection of art meets the commitment of the Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón of providing a continuous activity over time in the cultural and exhibition 'Town Hall', which in turn allows both citizens and tourists to know This emblematic building.
