This morning the MABS Benevolent Association has donated to the Department of Culture of the City Council on an old photograph Mazarrón Mazarrón.
In this event the City of Mazarrón has been represented by the councilors of Culture and Care of Foreign Residents, Alicia Jimenez and Jacqueline Galvez, respectively, who have received with joy and satisfaction this gift from the hands of four members of MABS: Ann Vinall, Frances Sears, Bob Sears and Zue Bureess.
The Cancer Support Group of Mazarron has a shop with articles, appliances and second-hand items donated to help people suffering from cancer.
When I arrived the old photograph on Mazarrón, did not hesitate to put in the hands of the City Council to be kept in the Municipal Historic Register, which has become a reality this morning.
The picture, dating from the early twentieth century, the historic plasma Mazarrón from the Shrine of the Immaculate through Agustín Navarro Street towards the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
The work of MABS is focused on raising funds towards helping people affected by cancer.
To achieve its mission, members of the Cancer Support Group, various activities organized every year large numbers of people.
