This weekend, the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, has attended the open days of the new Hospital General Universitario de Santa Lucia, in Cartagena.
These Days, organized by the Ministry of Health of the Region of Murcia Autonomous Community of Murcia, has been chaired by the Minister of Health, María Ángeles Palacios, as well as the mayors of Cartagena and Fuente Alamo , Pilar Barreiro and María Antonia Conesa.
The Ministry of Health has prepared a full stroke of half-hour, so that future users know firsthand the main facilities and advanced technology that's included with this new healthcare infrastructure, providing service to 275,000 people.
In addition, participants have met walking through the main services Verde Plant, one of the novelties of the hospital grounds.
During the visit, attendees were able to see information boards placed along the route, picked up a brochure with all the basic information.
The journey has begun its work in the emergency room with back door tour of the Observation Unit and the Area of Diagnostic Imaging, which displays the latest technology which is equipped with the new hospital.
In this area, attendees were given the Siemens Artis zeego, only team in the region to study in vascular surgery of blood vessels and other equipment as Luminus or Ysios, major high-performance instruments for diagnostic radiology.
The visit has continued for Obstetrics Block, consisting of new delivery rooms, as well as through the Surgery Center, where you can admire the modern integrated operating rooms.
