This morning the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor for Fiestas, Luisa María Heredia, presented the review for Mazarron holiday 2010 in honor of Our Lady Immaculate Conception.
The event, which has generated great excitement among the citizens, took place in the market 'Cresta del Gallo'.
All persons who have been to act have been a magazine for free, but as of this afternoon will cost one euro in aid of the British Benevolent Protection Association Life and Salvation (PALS).
Persons wishing to purchase a book party should go to the third floor of the Market 'Cresta del Gallo' from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 19.00.
PALS is a nonprofit group that works to raise funds for charity, mainly to the purchase and donation of medical devices.
Many PALS donations to the Consistory of Mazarrón, including nine defibrillators, defibrillators, monitors two ambulances, two rescue jet skis, a respirator monitor, three portable vital signs monitors and special emergencies, 10 kits single and 7 equipped car, and even a hospital.
In just ten years, PALS has donated 160,000 euros to the municipality of Mazarrón.
PALS organizes various social events throughout the year, as a typical bathroom solidarity New Year's Day and the holidays in Camposol and charity dinners.
The aim of this group is to ensure that all citizens of the town of Mazarrón with health care and emergency medical quality.
Francisco Blaya, who had words of gratitude to the group that faces the challenge of distributing the magazine holiday 2010, has invited all citizens to participate in more than seventy events that comprise the program for this year.
For his part, President of PALS, Ken Payne, expressed his enthusiasm for collaborating with the sale of the magazine, as well as raise funds for the charity group she heads.
