The BOE announced today the final award of the work of the promenade in Mazarrón Bolnuevo by the Department of Sustainability of the Sea Coast and the Ministry of Environment, Rural and Marine for a total of 1,034,218 , 05 euros.
The works involve the construction of a promenade that includes a sea-shore length of about 1,600 meters in length, preferably within the flowing of way, with different widths according to the sections included between 6.20 and 9.30 meters.
Specifically, the promenade is included in the installation of various street furniture such as benches, litter bins, car parks, bicycles, wooden walkways for access to the beach suitable for the transit of persons with reduced mobility, posters and signage, among others.
These actions are part of the policy of the Ministry of Environment and Rural and Marine Affairs, to recover the Spanish coast, in collaboration with the autonomous regions and municipalities in the affected areas, carried out the necessary actions for improving coastline respecting the environmental and landscape characteristics of each area and to facilitate the use and enjoyment of the coast to all citizens.
