This Friday, January 14, at 19.30 will start the "Second Conference for Culture and Health", organized by the School of Tai Chi Tao, which was held at the Hotel Playa Grande in Puerto de Mazarrón.
Three sessions to bring the most health for all citizens, in a conference open to participation by everyone and that entry is free.
The thread will be the knowledge and personal growth through a program where there will be room for film screenings, setting a subsequent discussion.
Also, participants may also enter into a theory-practice session to approach the benefits of exercise for health.
The 'Second Conference for Culture and Health' have the cooperation of the Department of Culture of the municipality of Mazarrón.
