The extraordinary plenary session held this morning in the auditorium of the City of Mazarrón, has given the green light to the proposal to submit the new draft public information and the study of economic and financial viability of the mixed contract of public works concession parking and management of the public street parking in regulated by meter.
It is actions preparatory public works concessions for the construction of public parking in the Plaza del Convento.
This project involves the construction of a parking facility with 248 beds, 5 of them will be adapted and reserved for the disabled.
The park will have a floor area of 5,920 square meters.
The entry and exit of vehicles will be in the Plaza del Callao to be a wider track and have direct connection with Constitution Avenue.
On the surface the car park will be built a large public plaza with green spaces, lighting, arbors, benches, underground containers and other street furniture.
The square will cover an area of over 8,300 meters for the enjoyment of all Mazarron.
This major project, which was created to improve the quality of life for all Mazarron, boost local trade benefits to a large public square, entirely pedestrian as a meeting of all citizens, and underground parking to regulate parking.
