The town of Mazarron and is poster for the carnival this year, the Jury 'I Poster Contest Announcer Carnival' has determined unanimously to grant this award to Mary Blaya Acosta for their design entitled 'Fantasy Girl'.
The girl, who is 9 years old and is studying Elementary Education 4 of the CEIP the mill, has won a poster for presenting original, imaginative and colorful that perfectly defines the spirit of carnival.
The jury of 'I Poster Contest Announcer Carnival' has been composed by a teacher from each participating school and the Councillor for Fiestas, Luisa María Heredia.
The first edition of this contest has had a total of three hundred works, made by students in years 3, 4, 5 and 6 Primary Education CEIP La Aceña, CEIP Ginés García, CEIP Francisco Caparrós, CEIP Bay and CEIP La Canada.
The work will be accessible until Tuesday, March 8 on the first floor of the Market Cresta del Gallo, from 9.00 to 14.00 and from 17.00 to 21.00.
This year the Carnival of Mazarrón has as protagonists the children of the municipality to the council therefore Fiestas wanted to be the young who play by drawing their vision of this event.
The Consistory, through the council of Festivals, welcomes the excitement, enthusiasm and the desire to have all members of the educational community, both teachers and students in this initiative and congratulates the girl Mazarrón Maria Acosta to be Blaya the first girl in a picture with a poster of the Carnival of the municipality.
