This Friday, the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor for Culture, Alicia Jiménez, opened "Art and Memory ', the exhibition of old material framed in Study Session on Mazarrón, CARLANTUM 2011.
The ceremony was also attended training women councilors and Care of Foreign Residents, Juana Maria Morales and Jacqueline Gálvez.
Until Friday, March 4, the Mazarron may approach the history of the town of Mazarrón through different elements that have been part of the municipality's economic development as motorcycles, bicycles, sewing machines, billboards, and a selection of esparto jobs and up to six hundred.
The mission of this exhibition is to inform all citizens the role played by the municipality of Mazarrón through different objects, vehicles and items of antiquity.
In this sample of antiques have worked Mazarron, interested in preserving some of the art of the municipality, as well as display and share with all citizens.
This year the Study Days will be held at 21.30 hours on Monday 21 February to Friday 4 March in the hall of the Department of Culture.
For the occasion will enjoy five lectures: 'The medieval castles Guadalentín Valley and the coastline between Aguilas and Mazarron', 'archaeological work on the Paseo Marítimo de Mazarrón and Rihuete Roman Villa', 'The morphological evolution of river Guadalentín throughout history ',' Folk medicine in the field of Mazarrón 'and' Rehabilitation Pilot mining environments (Mazarrón) Life-Mipolare '.
The speakers who take part in the conference are: Andrés Martínez Rodríguez, Juan García Ponce, Salvador Martinez Alonso, Fernando Guid Cid, Rogelio Morales Hernández, Pedro Martinez and Angel Pagan Faz Cano.
The last session of the Workshops on Mazarrón Study clothe the debut of the sixth minutes of Carlantum, whose act will be the farewell to this issue.
