This new space, located on Avenida Costa Calida, enhance culture, education and leisure as well as the commitment to read both books and daily newspapers.
Consultation and lending of books literature are other services that users can access.
The library, which covers an area of ​​527 square meters built, endowed with open spaces with playground, reading room and computer area, will serve more than ten people currently living in Puerto de Mazarrón.
This cultural and educational area has an excellent location in the heart of Puerto de Mazarrón with the Health Center Dr. Maria Angeles Alonso ', the Market Square, CEIP Bay and Bay Sports Complex.
This building is also intended to bring citizens their dealings with the Town Council of Mazarron, with services such as hand-Citizen Services, Registration and Single Window.
This action, which amounts to a sum of 226,414.60 euros, has been developed by the company Mazarron 'Building Joseva SL'.
These works, which have generated four direct and 36 indirect jobs are financed with funds from Plan E.
