This past weekend I celebrated a successful Beach Soccer Tournament "Bahia de Mazarrón."
The sporting event, which took place in the popular beach of the Port, with the participation of 17 teams from various points of regional geography, as well as outside it.
In fact, the tournament champion was the team of Almería "Irish Tavern," which unfolded on the sand a brilliant game that entertained the audience.
The second place went to a team of Puerto de Mazarrón, "Channel 21", while the bronze went to land also Almeria hands of the whole "Agricultural Guivarto SL" from El Ejido.
In regard to the best players in the tournament, the "Irish Tavern" took two awards that were in play thanks to one of its components.
Joan Romero José Capel took the trophy to the tournament's top scorer and was also voted player of the tournament.
This tournament has served as a rehearsal for the next year to celebrate our town with the same successful Beach Soccer Regional Championship 2012, which could be worthwhile and qualifying for the Championship of Spain in this sport.
The championship was organized by an association of young entrepreneurs in Puerto de Mazarrón called "SFBSPORT" and has enjoyed the cooperation of the City of Mazarrón through the Department of Sports.
