Saturday August 13 Mazarrón Ecuadorian community celebrates another year its big party in honor of the Virgen del Cisne.
The events begin with a peal of bells at 6 am in honor of "The Churonita" popular name known to this Marian image.
At 9 am will open the doors of the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Mazarrón will remain open until 10 pm so that the faithful can go to the temple to worship the image.
At 2 pm will be held a quadrangular volleyball sporting events, both male and female categories, with the participation of the municipalities of Murcia, Fuente Alamo, Totana and Mazarrón.
Two hours later, another home will take place, but this time it will be football "Indoor" and will feature equipment from Totana, Lorca, Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarrón.
Already at 7 pm will be held at the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception a solemn Mass in honor of the Virgen del Cisne, and then will be the procession with the image of "The Churonita" through the streets painter Agustín Navarro, Manuel de Falla, Mayor Juan Paredes and Convent Square.
The procession will be accompanied by DC Mobile Dj Tropicana and Patrick.
In addition, the faithful make an offering of flowers to the Virgin before continuing with the festive events.
At 10 and half the night at the fairgrounds in Mazarrón, will welcome the participants of the festivities by Alberto Luis Macas, president of the brotherhood "Virgen del Cisne".
Then there will be a great raffle whose prize will be a baked pork has been donated by Galo Gonzalez and Nancy Calva, and second prize will be a surprise.
