250 athletes participated in this Sunday I Carrera Popular "Bahía de Mazarrón".

Veterans in category "A", the first classified was Jose Bautista, the Espapack Eliocroca, followed by Enrique Casalliglla and Antonio Sanchez.
On Veterans "A" the winner was the absolute champion, Mercedes Merino, while second and third place were Jesus Rodriguez and Maria Sandra Gaona.
On Veterans "B" was made the podium by Ramon Collado, Pedro Martin and Juan Bermudez.
Veterans category "BC" the Christine Harrison took a clean sweep, and Mari Carmen Lorente Angeles Sevilla.
Finally, the champion of the Veterans category "C" was Vicente Sanchez who was accompanied by Juan Ramon Gonzalez and Leandro Miras.
Participants and the audience, greatly enjoyed the test thanks to great weather that prevailed in yesterday.
The test was developed through the streets and beaches of Puerto de Mazarrón, which was an attraction for this sporting event that was conspicuous by its good organization and work together.
All participants also were presented with a shirt, bottled 100 grams of dried tuna, courtesy of "James Salt," a bag of tomatoes, donated by the farm "Susan and Collado" and energy bars.
There were also free drink, compliments of "Bodegas Martínez" de Mazarrón and "Hero" and distributed fruits and juices in a stand of "Greengrocer Arias".
