The City of Mazarrón, through the Department of Training and Employment, has organized a series of workshops aimed at those unemployed who want to meet job search from a systematic perspective and a greater chance of success.
The workshops, free of charge, will take place from 18 to 20 October in the premises of the Universidad Popular de Mazarrón (UPM).
The first of these seminars is about how to organize your job search.
Its goal is to introduce participants to the strategies and resources necessary for effective search of work.
This workshop, which will focus on the labor market situation, where to look for employment and necessary tools for efficient search, lasts three hours and will be held at UPM on October 18 from 9:30 to 12 : 30 am.
The second workshop, which will focus on resume preparation.
Teach students to correctly make this tool to know and make known the types of curricula that exist for participants of the right choice that best fits your job search.
This seminar will be held at UPM on October 19, also 9:30 to 12:30 am.
Finally, the cycle will end with a workshop on how to handle a job interview.
This will show how are the process and the recruitment test, how to be prepared for a job interview and the skills needed to address them.
This last workshop will be held October 20 at the same time and place than before.
Although the workshops are aimed mainly at unemployed, users can also participate local employment centers and the general public.
Interested persons should complete a registration form at the offices of the council placed on the second floor of the City of Mazarrón.
This initiative helps the Regional Network of Local Employment Center for Women and Youth.
