The Mayor of Mazarron, Ginés Campillo, this morning the logo of the celebration of 440 anniversary of the independence of the Villa de Almazarrón accompanied by the Councillor for Culture, Tourism and Education, Maria Celeste Soria, and the designer of it, Blas Subiela.
This emblem heralds the arrival of a full program of events is made on the occasion of this anniversary.
Activities, both cultural and sports will be announced on 30 November.
Blas Subiela, logo creator, explained that the iconic design "is a shield mordernización first proposed in documents privilege of independence for the Villa de Almazarrón" while the text "follow the guidelines of the letters in use at that time. "

It also intends to launch a Web site devoted exclusively to the celebration of 440 anniversary of independence which will include all the planned events and information related to the history of the independence of the town and photographs of different activities that week after week go underway.
In this sense, the website of the City Council, www.mazarron.es also collect these events and will report on events scheduled each month.
