Mazarron Town Council has decided to hold the events planned to mark the celebrations of the miracles that were suspended last week to several days of mourning decreed in the municipality.
Thus, the popular floral offering to the patron saint, La Purisima Concepcion, held Friday, November 25 from 5 pm.
The procession will leave the nursing home in Mazarron to go to the Sanctuary of La Purisima where he held the offering.
Also, the staged reading of the "Nine statements Miracle" will take place from the 8 and a half in the afternoon of Saturday 26 also at the Shrine of the Plaza del Convento.
Because the pilgrimage of the Miracle was delayed one week because of its coincidence with the general elections, the council has sought to recover these two acts by its strong tradition among the people Mazarron.
