Last Saturday took place in the market "Cresta del Gallo" the culinary competition in the categories of traditional Murcian dishes and desserts.
In total there were 5 recipes to the contest, 3 in the form of salt and 2 in the candy.
The food consisted of "Mero my way", "Cod with Pine Nuts" and "meatballs Gardener," while the two desserts "3 chocolate cake" and "Christmas pudding".
The winners will be announced on Sunday November 11 at the tent city the Convent from 8 in the evening when delivery is made trophies and awards championships and competitions were held during the festivities.
All participants in this contest will receive award since it is provided that there are 3 entries for the dishes and 2 citations for dessert.
