Taking precautions to avoid detection by agents
The Civil Guard of Murcia has developed research in order to clarify the commission of crimes against property in Mazarron which has led to the arrest of two people.
The investigation began in late summer, when they detected an increase in robberies in homes and vehicles located in Mazarron and Puerto de Mazarron, thereby creating social alarm among the population.
These investigations allowed the agents to expose the identity of the alleged perpetrators of criminal acts and illegal form of action.
Modus operandi
The commission of such criminal acts are carried out with extreme caution by the authors.
In the case of housing, were stolen those used by their owners as a second vacation home, thus avoiding being caught by the owners and enjoy peace of mind when committing the theft and transfer the stolen effects.
The vehicles were carefully designed in areas with low light and little traffic, carrying out criminal acts in the wee hours of the morning.
In both cases force was used on doors or windows to access the interior and finally remove valuables and appliances that were eventually distributed in the illicit market.
Once obtained all necessary evidence and within a search, during the last days we have proceeded to the location, arrest and subsequent remand in custody of two suspects.
Detainees:
Research has led to the arrest of two persons suspected of the crime of robbery, identified as:
- Morocco, 22.
- Moroccan 22 years.
The investigation remains open not ruling out further arrests or further clarification of criminal acts.
Detainees and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Magistrate's Court Totana (Murcia).
