Friday Reading Club at the University of Mazarron People will conduct a lecture series that will focus on the "Old Ballads," an activity that is going to follow the path opened last year with the thing done tribute to Miguel Hernández.
This year the number of students from Reading Club has grown significantly to reach the twenty participants who will read several passages from the collection of ballads that made Ramon Menendez Pidal.
The activity will take place this Friday starting at 8 pm in the Lecture Hall of the People's University of Mazarron and is directed and coordinated by Professor Antonio Fernandez Garcia.
Ana Aznar, María Blázquez, Ana Gomez, Juana Jimenez, Andres Perez, Balbina Rodriguez, Miguel Morales and Socorro Barcelona will be responsible for reciting the romance that once read, will be discussed by the Reading Club.
The event is open to all citizens who wish to attend to better understand the roots of the Spanish language.
