The Local Government Committee this week approved the Corporate Training Program Job Placement (PROFEIL) and a collaboration agreement between the City of Mazarron with the various agricultural enterprises in the municipality that wish to join.
The objective of this program is the employment of unemployed in the municipality, by previous training appropriate to the needs of companies.
The aim with this protocol is that those companies that are benefiting from free training for their workers to commit to hiring unemployed registered in the local employment center of Mazarron Town Hall with ideal profile, in case of vacancies in their companies.
During the past weeks, the City Council Local Development, Training and Employment, Matilde Blázquez, along with the technicians in the area, held several meetings with agricultural businesses to inform Mazarrón PROFEIL program developed by the City.
To this end, the first contacts with companies training needs were collected and contracting, common or specific to each of them to later from the consistory, plan and develop the various free training courses for unemployed and employed workers .

The area councilor, Matilde Blázquez, adds that "partnerships of this kind are to achieve a double objective: on one hand we want to educate and train the unemployed to have greater access to the labor market, giving them a real opportunity employability through agreements with companies that for various reasons, sometimes resorted to workers from other areas. And on the other hand we also provide the proper training services to agricultural enterprises, which they get trained workers and their demands and real needs, thereby reducing costs and time in the pre-selection and training of their workers. "
In these meetings have been attended to various companies in the agricultural sector as Perich, Paloma and Coexma Group, although the partnership is open to other companies being sued.
