On Thursday February 23 Technology Center for Energy and the Environment (CETENMA) Mazarrón held at a conference on energy service contracts known as "Contract ESEs" from 9 to 13 hours.
These are a sample contract in which, regardless of the legal formula is used, it is intended that the private person to assume the management of facilities producing and consuming governments, making few investments and financing necessary to achieve savings .
Thus, these contracts are of interest to the various authorities both in the management of buildings, public lighting installations.
This will achieve the objectives set by the European Directive 2006/32 which are known as the 20/20/20 and that implies a reduction in primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions by 20%, with addition of 20% energy from renewable sources.
The day is aimed at both technical efficiency of private firms as technicians and maintenance of municipal facilities.
Registration is free and includes not only the municipality of Mazarron, but also to the neighboring municipalities of Totana, Alhama de Murcia, Aledo, Librilla, Lorca, Aguilas and Puerto Lumbreras.

During the seminar will discuss the legal, financial and contractual Contracts ESEs, and the preparation of tender documents, contracts and steps to take to the implementation of this model of energy efficiency contract.
The event will, in addition to several presentations, practical case studies in which they explain how the outsourcing of services.
