Thursday May 9 was held in the auditorium of the City of Mazarron a talk on "labor practices" organized by the Department of Employment and Training Session.
During the meeting, Andrew Cayuela, promotes employment of the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF), discussed the regulation of labor practices in companies based on Royal Decree 1543/2011.
Specifically, the program included information on targets and requirements, application procedures and benefits for businesses and unemployed in this area.
These practices are aimed at young people, aged between 18 and 25 years inclusive, who meet each of the following requirements.
That are unemployed registered with the employment office, having an official university qualification, degree or equivalent professional training or a certificate of professionalism and, finally, that lack of work experience.
Those who wish to apply these practices should not therefore have had an employment relationship or other professional experience of more than three months in the same activity.
Just do not take into account these effects the practices forming part of the curriculum to obtain degrees or certificates.
According to the councilor of the area, Blázquez Matilda, "the aim of this conference is to encourage the recruitment of young, one of the sectors hardest hit by unemployment, by informing the new system of labor practices."
It is for this reason that the practices are designed "to both businesses and young people who may be interested in implementing them."
Just young people were the ones who thanked the City Council conducting such activities to help them cope with the current economic and employment which we live.
According to the mayor, during the briefing were exposed "the advantages for the company that hosts the young trainees, mainly economic, and the opportunity for youth to acquire experience to bring to his CV", which according of Blázquez "implies an increased chance of a subsequent entry in this or any other company."
