Until June 24 you can enjoy in the People's University of Mazarron (LMP) of a new art show, this time in nature photography.
The author of it is the artist Mazarron Blaya Jose Sanchez, better known as Pepe "The Chusco", who on Friday was accompanied by family and friends at the opening of the exhibition was given by the Mayor of Mazarron, Ginés Campillo.
The mayor said that "one feels especially privileged to be mayor and is much more enjoyable when it opens an exhibition like this, because sometimes we seek out the people we have here."
Ginés Campillo welcomed the photographic exhibition of the artist who said "I have found with this exhibition as a photographer and I can only congratulate him."
Meanwhile, Sanchez Blaya was thrilled at the opening to be embraced by their friends and family, as well as by a large group of citizens who do not want to miss that time.
The artist thanked everyone for attending People's University "to join me in this special night. I love you all very much," he concluded his speech.
The sample consists of 52 photographs that revolve around the theme of water as the same, hence you have been called "ACQUA".
The director of the UPM, Jose Maria Lopez Ballesta, said the exhibition "The author follows his intuition seeking the true meaning of things without teatralismos. The result is a picture representing a fresh encounter with the origins of this art, before the arrival of the digital age. "
For the occasion, the People's University has published a catalog in the collection of this work, which traveled to many places like Mazarron, Valencia, Florence or London, and was divided between those attending the inauguration.
The exhibition can be seen in the hall of UPM, located at Avenida de la Constitution de Mazarron, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 3 pm and 8 pm to 10 pm.
