The Ministry of Public Works and Planning and Mazarron Town Hall today presented 13 houses of public advocacy in the city, promoted by the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia (IVS).
The Minister of Public Works and Planning, Antonio Sevilla, said "the best corporate interest of this action by the IVS", which falls within the scope of the collaboration agreement signed in 2009 between the City of Mazarron and the Autonomous Community, with order to relocate 20 families occupying manufactured homes located in the neighborhood of San Jose.
"We concluded the first phase of relocation of the District of San Jose and from the Housing and Land Institute and worked on the project of the remaining eight homes, which will complete the relocation of families and will terminate that agreement," said counselor.
More than a million euros in investment
The construction of homes began in 2010 on a plot of 1,356 m2 and investment has been over 1.1 million.
Sevilla said that "the quality of construction does not differ in any aspect of the free housing developments."
The works have been developed in two parallel groups of building six seven houses, newly built duplex, townhouses and common parking basement with storage rooms.
The houses have a floor space of 76.42 meters and half, by type, have between 2 and 4 bedrooms.
The Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia and runs a total of 73 public housing promotion in the municipality of Mazarron.
