This past weekend was held at the auditorium of the Town Hall of Mazarrón a technical conference with the Local development and employment of the Bajo Guadalentín to evaluate the performances of the actions proposed by the Local Employment Committees (CLE) .
In the same councilor attended the Local Development, Employment and Training, Matilde Blázquez, and the Councillor for Tourism, Mary Celeste Soria, as well as local development agents and technical Tourism of the City.
The main objective pursued by the Local Employment Committees is a positive influence on the current situation of the labor market from a local perspective.

For this, it is a priority to optimize the efficiency and impact of the various policies and programs to promote employment which is managed by the Regional Employment and Training (SEF), and coordinated with the programs managed by other agencies of the Regional Administration in convinced that this strategic vision can act as an instrument of employment reactivation, and hence economic activity and productive.
The approach of the CLE is imposed by the urgency of reviving, in the shortest possible time, the labor market, and to identify and promote those productive activities that are able to absorb surplus labor generated in recent months.
All this must be done simultaneously with the need to move forward in pursuing the implementation of different productive scenarios, based on parameters such as the quality and qualification of human capital, the use of endogenous resources, added value and innovation processes, are able to promote new development models capable of generating and distributing wealth and consolidate its structures and make them more permeable to periods of crisis that inevitably dot the cycle.
