On October 17 begins at the Municipal Library of Puerto de Mazarrón the course "Technical animation elderly and disabled" has been organized by Solidarity between Generations, Coag - Rural Initiative and the City of Mazarrón.
The course aims to introduce participants to the techniques and strategies to support and develop social relationship skills adapted to the aforementioned groups.
The course is intended for technical professionals in rural areas, related to the subjects taught, in need of renovation or upgrading of knowledge in this training are developed and Gerontology professionals and health and people without prior experience in gerontological world, wish to focus their professional work to the animation of the elderly and disabled.
Citizens can also sign rural develop or want to develop as a professional activity related to any of the content of the action in rural areas.
To enroll must contact the Department of Employment, Training and Local Development Mazarrón Town Hall, located on the second floor of City Hall, in times of 8 to 15 hours.

The course is limited to 20 places and is completely free.
The date for entries is Tuesday, October 16 at 14 pm.
The course will run from October 17 until November 13, Monday to Thursday from 16 to 20 hours.
The course consists of 60 hours that will address the social reality of the elderly and dependent from a social and psychological.
Participants start, or improve, their curriculum to work as entertainers in nursing homes, be animators in nursing homes and clubs or take part in organized trips for seniors.
After the development of the course will be issued a certificate of successful completion of the same.
The activity is funded by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment and the European Social Fund.
