The celebration of the 440 anniversary of the granting of the privilege of Villa enters its final stretch and does so with important activities which will provide a finishing touch to this commemoration.
These include the three "Cruises Privilege" that are scheduled from the Department of Culture of the City Council to be held October 21, November 4 and December 2 of this year.
These are three hiking trails where you can see parts of the city that are unknown to many neighbors and projecting for its great natural wealth and beauty.
So I got to know the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, the Councillor for Culture, Tourism and Education, Soria Maria Celeste, and the coordinator of the activity and the consistory responsible for Culture, John S.
Calventus.
Crossings, as the mayor said Soria, "lead us to walk all around our town today thanks to the willingness of many individuals that are going to allow passage for their properties and those who appreciate your gesture. These efforts have been made by John Calventus want to thank you for your involvement with this initiative. "
Precisely the charge of Culture was responsible for breaking down the characteristics of each of the crossings.
Calventus explained that "the first route takes us through the entire coastline Mazarron on October 21 from the beach to the Cairn of Parazuelos. It will be a journey of 24 kilometers with medium difficulty that will travel in about seven hours."
The second of the routes, Sunday November 4, "Limit has been titled and will travel west, in about 4 hours, 12 kilometers from the port area Pastrana and Muriel".
Finally, on December 2 will be held the crossing "Raise Limit".
This time "the route of about 27 kilometers and run between Campo Nubla Mojon beach".
In the latter route, which will run for eight hours, "will climb to the highest peak of the town as is El Algarrobo which enjoy stunning views."
Still, any of the three crossings "will be a delight for the senses as we have a very beautiful inside but for many is unknown," said Calventus.
To join any of the three activities you can send an email with the name of the person concerned (age and contact telephone number) to casasconsistoriales@mazarron.es for registration, which is compulsory, and from which information is forwarded each participants crossings.
All tours are free, but be aware that on 4 November and 2 December are particularly harsh.
Being recommended for amateurs coastal route, and the rest for more experienced hikers.
The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, highlighted these passages that "involve more activity with which we want to strengthen our identity as Mazarron, guiding citizens through places of great beauty that is attractive and rewarding to know and discover. Indeed, these routes will be in various areas of Mazarrón value for which will gamble to put in value as a tourist attraction in the town ".
In this sense also works the Department of Environment who will form the next year to free technical trails that, in the future, promote initiatives like this.
