The morphological assessment of a race is the first step in carrying out a selection active, effective and essential to the development of genetic selection, based on the productivity and profitability of the farm of dairy goats.
The course, which is free, is included in the Measure 111 Vocational Training and Information and is funded by the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and the European Union through the EAFRD.

The main objective of the course is to enable stakeholders to morphological assessment process and selection of dairy goats and is intended for technicians, farmers and goat sector workers and staff interested in this subject.
Places are limited to 20 students and is prerequisite knowledge must have sufficient training to enable professionals and successfully pursue training.
