On Wednesday, the Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón celebrated "Library Day", and did so with an activity to the smallest municipality.
Specifically, in the Library "Gomez Day" Mazarrón as in the Library of Puerto de Mazarrón, children enjoyed storytelling and know how these cultural spaces.
Accompanied by their parents, who also enjoyed the activity that was completely free, small actively participated alongside Julia fireproof Albaladejo and Mayte Reyero learn and have fun through stories, which were reported by the two storytellers with great master at all times and capturing the attention of those present.
On October 24 has been celebrated the "Library Day" as an initiative that came from the Spanish Association of Friends of Children's Book in 1997.
With the celebration of this day is to explain the existence of a public service to grassroots contributing effectively to facilitate access to knowledge for all citizens.
Councillor for Culture, Maria Celeste Soria, stressed that "the City Council this year wanted to join this initiative to repeat next year as small, besides having fun, learned a lot."
