Last week was held at London's World Travel Market (WTM), which participated in the Mazarrón Town Hall of Murcia Tourist Stand.
The Department of Tourism at the fair attended at the request of the municipality's tourism businesses and the interest thereof to be present at these events.
The aim of the Council was to achieve the greatest possible number of contacts to achieve a greater presence in the UK market Mazarrón.

During the show remained a total of 10 meetings with different operators and they have initiated contacts with a total of six operators of various kinds such as accommodation, reservations and activities.
Specifically contacts were maintained with companies Travco, GTA (Kuoni), James Villas and Travel Republic, as multiproduct operators specialized in conducting tours for their customers, both hotel accommodations and rental villas.
It also has contacted companies that organize trips focused on activities of various kinds as hfHOLIDAYS, offering activities for groups in Spain.
Finally contact was maintained with ENABLE HOLIDAYS, as a company specializing in travel for people with disabilities and who are interested in sun and beach destinations where they offer their users access to both in private and in services public offered, looking destinations accessible.
In the coming days we will continue with these contacts so that you can offer the employer the ability to close business with all or any of these companies in the coming months.
The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, stressed that "the meetings have been very fruitful and will continue supporting these meetings to attract potential tourists.
