Mazarrón Town Council has proceeded this morning to the destruction of various trade items seized by the local police in Mazarrón on different devices deployed in the fight against the illegal sale and trade.

Items seized and destroyed were of various kinds such as shirts, polos, pants, underwear, perfume, sunglasses, belts, watches, CDs and deuvedés, among others.

Most of these objects have the common denominator is that large firms counterfeit items.

The destruction visited Councilman Local Police Hall of Mazarrón, Coy Isidro, the Councillor of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, David Fernandez, Officer Police municipal body, Gerardo Marin, and the treasurer and spokesman Merchants Association Mazarrón and Shire (Acoma), Gabriela Esparza.

Gabriela Esparza has appreciated the support of the City and has asked the councilors present that "we stay here and continue to defend the interests of merchants all together."
