The CEO Institute on Aging Social Action Murciano, Enrique Perez, claims that "these activities encourage active aging"
Users of the Social Centre for the Elderly of Puerto de Mazarrón held since last Saturday, November 10, its twentieth anniversary with an extensive program of leisure activities and initiatives that will end on Wednesday, November 28, with the screening of the film 'Sideways'.
The CEO Institute on Aging Social Action Murciano (IMAS), Enrique Perez, participated in the inauguration of the exhibition "Wine Route of the Region of Murcia 'organized by the largest of its center and that you will enjoy until tomorrow Monday, November 26, from 10:30 am to 13:00 and 17:00 to 19:00.
The exhibition, as Perez said, "picks up a large sample of all elements used for the collection of grape and wine production, as well as a selection of wines from different parts of Jumilla, Yecla and Bullas, among other places in the Region ".
Have also been developed dances, gatherings related to aging and, in collaboration with the Health Center, have given talks to provide a few tips on major medication.
Also, there were two performances by the theater group of the Social Centre for the Elderly of Puerto de Mazarrón.
The CEO concluded that "these activities help to promote active aging and is an example of how much we have to bring the elderly to society, as they are a source of wisdom and knowledge."
