Independent Union, United Left and the Socialist Party yesterday prevented you perform a new cadastral revision in Mazarron values ​​to adapt to the current reality, it voted against a motion that sought Popular Party apply to the General Directorate of Cadastre .

Knowing this demand and new regulations passed by the National Government, which enables assessed values ​​are updated according to the evolution of the real estate market based on coefficients to be published annually by the Law on State Budget and avoid the need for lengthy and costly procedures, the Partido Popular de Mazarrón presented to Parliament a motion requesting the update.

The application of this rule could result in reducing assessed values ​​between 15% and 20% for next year and significantly lower tax bill.

Unfortunately our people can not adapt to the assessed values ​​because UIDM reality, IU and PSOE, rejected the initiative of the Popular Party.
