A large representation of the Day Centre for People with Intellectual Disabilities participated Mazarrón on Wednesday February 20 at the Regional Championship Petanque for this group was held in the "Park Antonares" Los Barreros in Cartagena.
In this sporting event that center users obtained excellent results.
In couplet adapted male category, the pair composed by Fabian Enrique Ortega and Juan José Vallecillos achieved the top spot.
Meanwhile, Jaime Lara and Juan Teruel competed in the same category reaching the second place in their group.
In category couplet adapted mixed couples participated composed by Terry Harris - Juana Garcia and Andres Bathrooms - Inmaculada Gómez, taking first and third place respectively.
In the Day Centre all these athletes have been training every week, always with the collaboration of volunteer Julian Ortiz pitch, which from this center want to thank you for showing selfless involvement in this activity.
