The Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón has organized an extensive program to mark the "Day of the Book."
Besides the activities, have also convened two contests you can participate children s, youth and adults registered in the municipality.
The first is a drawing contest in which children between 3 and 6 years must translate them to imagine how "Orbil", the mascot of municipal libraries and Puerto de Mazarrón.

The other contest, called "Tell me a story", is narrative and has established two categories.
The Youth is aimed at young people between 7 and 14 years, and for Adults 15 and older.

At junior first prize will be a console "Wii" over a game, while the second will be rewarded with a bonus for books valued at 30 euros.

The activities of the "Book Day" will begin on Thursday April 18th at 17:30 with the workshop "We played to create" in the Town Hall of Mazarrón.
At 18 hours there will be a meeting with writer Ana Cristina Herreros in the library of Puerto de Mazarrón.
