This Saturday April 27th marks the twenty-fourth edition of the National Triathlon "Villa de Fuente Alamo" whose output, as usual, will be at 17 hours Rihuete beach in Puerto de Mazarrón.
The test was presented this morning by the Mayor of Fuente Álamo, María Antonia Conesa, the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, Councillor for Sports City Fuente Álamo, Juan Fulgencio Lopez and general coordinator of the sporting event, Ginés Bermudez .
750 athletes will gather to compete one more year in this test "nationally consolidated and which brings together the best athletes in this mode of our country," stated Maria Antonia Conesa.

The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, stressed that "it is an honor to be participants in this test, it is gratifying for us to promote a sport that pushes the boundaries of our municipality and overall ties with our neighbors of Source Alamo ".
In this sense, the mayor thanked the consistory presiding Conesa and Department of Sports "technical and logistical support you have given us for the celebration of the Autonomous Communities Triathlon last September and other sporting events."
For the smooth conduct of the test also involved 200 volunteers and for the first time in the history of Triathlon, Paralympic athletes will compete in May.
The test, controlled by Triathlon Judges Committee of the Region of Murcia, has a distance of 750 meters swimming Rihuete beach, 20 miles of biking (extended to 25 technical decision) between the two municipalities and 5 miles of running for Fuente Alamo.
The awards will be presented from 23 hours in the Paseo de Ronda de Poniente de Fuente Álamo and attend, representing the consistory Mazarron, the mayor of Sports, Andrew James.
