There are few hours to celebrate "Fotogenio" but it permeates the spirit of Mazarrón largest gathering of photographers in Spain, which will have its peak the next day, 1 May 31 and June 2.
That spirit is given, in part, by the workshop "The psychological portrait" that is providing Antonin Kratochvil.
This workshop has provided Fotogenio very international perspective, not only by the presence of American photographer born in Czechoslovakia, but because in it are engaging young people in Poland, Croatia, United States, France, Thailand and Spanish arrived from Barcelona, ​​Asturias and Murcia.
During the workshop, Kratochvil is teaching participants to explore the psyche and the nature of human emotions, showing how in the difficult art of portraiture is possible to show the style and interpretation.
The workshop is designed to encourage students to photograph people in a totally different way, developing the use of movement and light in his work, in order to capture the moment that explores the unique and complex nature of the human being.
Also, social networks, which are this year one of the axes in which greater presence is having the contest, still generate great movement and these days are focused on I vote video contest "Imagine Mazarrón".

Videos can be rated on the website of "Fotogenio" through Saturday, June 1 at 20 am.
A jury will select one overall winner who will be awarded a prize of 1,500 euros.
