The Governing Council has given approval, a proposal from the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, to respective grants, for a total amount of 156 492 euros for Early Intervention services in the towns of Mazarrón and Molina de Segura.
Thus, the regional government allocated 84,294 euros for the maintenance of early intervention services in the municipality of Mazarrón and 72,198 euros for Molina de Segura.
Early Care users are under six therapeutic needs, temporary or permanent limitations caused by alterations in their development or risk of suffering.
The aim is to continue offering programs at both locations prevention, detection, diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.
It also includes sensory stimulation, motor and cognitive, motor, and auditory speech therapy and counseling for the family and social environment.
