"Learning and eating" is the title of the course of International University Mar-Campus Mare Nostrum to be held in the town of Mazarrón between 10 to 12 September.
The course will cover the contributions they can make to the culinary art scientific knowledge.
Also delve into the problem of certain population groups required to follow certain diets, analyzing the extent to which recent research can help improve the quality of life of these people and allow at the same time that the act of eating is pleasurable and even fun.
It is led by professors from the University of Murcia María Dolores Garrido Fernández and María Belén López Morales, and students who enroll 2'5 entitled to free credits or ECTS-CRAU credit.
